What am I studying? I’m currently studying a double degree in Engineering (Robotics and AI) and Commerce (Finance) at Monash University, with an expected graduation in July 2025. My studies focus on designing intelligent systems, robotics, and automation, along with financial analysis and business strategy. What are my hobbies? Outside of academics, I enjoy outdoor activities like running, downhill mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, and camping. I also have a keen interest in photojournalism, capturing unique moments and telling stories through photography. Why did I start tutoring? I started tutoring because I enjoy helping others understand complex concepts in a clear and structured way. Throughout my studies, I’ve often helped my peers with subjects like maths, physics, and programming, and I realised that I genuinely enjoy breaking down difficult topics into simpler explanations. Tutoring allows me to share my knowledge while also reinforcing my own understanding. What makes me a good tutor? I believe my strengths as a tutor lie in my patience, adaptability, and ability to explain concepts in multiple ways. Since I have experience in both technical and practical applications of subjects like robotics, programming, and engineering, I can relate theory to real-world scenarios, making learning more engaging. I also focus on building a student’s problem-solving skills, helping them gain confidence and develop a deeper understanding rather than just memorising answers.
