I’m studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and I’m heading into my third year this year. It’s a great balance of theoretical and practical learning, which keeps me really engaged and excited about what’s to come. I do CrossFit six mornings a week—it’s such a great way to start the day! I also enjoy a bit of running, though I’ll admit I’m not the fastest. In my downtime, I love reading, whether it’s books or anything with words that capture my attention. I decided to start tutoring because I remember what it felt like in high school when certain concepts just didn’t click for me. It seemed like everyone else knew what they were doing, and I didn’t. I also thought I had to study all the time to succeed, but over time, I learned that living a balanced, healthy lifestyle boosted my confidence and, in turn, improved my grades. I want to help students discover that same sense of balance and confidence while learning. I’m a visual learner, so I love using colours, images, and different types of text to make learning engaging and memorable. I’m also a strong believer that academic progress is closely tied to overall well-being—sleeping well, eating well, and staying active can make a huge difference. My goal is to support students in a way that helps them not just academically but holistically.
