Hello! My name is Riya, and I'm excited to tell you a little bit about myself. I completed my Master's in Mathematics from India in 2022 and am currently studying for a Master of Cybersecurity degree at RMIT University. In addition to my academic pursuits, I also have a passion for reading and playing music. Whenever I have free time, you'll likely find me with a good book in hand or lost in my own world of melodies and harmonies. One of my favorite things to do, however, is tutoring students in mathematics. I love to share my knowledge and help students overcome their fear and anxiety when it comes to this subject. I believe that math is an essential skill for success in many fields, and it is crucial for students to develop a strong foundation in it. I began tutoring while in college, and I immediately found it rewarding. Seeing students improve and grow more confident in their abilities gave me a great sense of fulfillment. I have continued tutoring since then, and it has become an integral part of my life. I believe that what makes me a good tutor is my patience and ability to understand students' unique needs. I know that everyone learns differently, and I strive to adapt my teaching style to meet each student's individual learning style. I am always willing to listen to my students and address their concerns to ensure that they receive the support they need to succeed. Overall, I am passionate about teaching mathematics and cybersecurity, and I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their goals. Whether you're struggling with basic arithmetic or complex cybersecurity concepts, I'm here to help!
