As someone who last year graduated from high school in 2020 with a 97.65 ATAR, I am now studying a bachelor of physiotherapy at La Trobe University full-time. Outside of my education, my hobbies include spending time with friends and family, watching and playing sports, spending time in the great outdoors and achieving my goals. To this point, I have 2 months of tutoring under my belt where I have learnt skills which I believe can benefit students immensely. I decided to become a tutor because as I was doing my schooling I realised there is a lack of personal growth and enjoyment which stems from schooling. Trying to be the change I seek, I am now attempting to help students and bring back personal growth and enjoyment to tutoring. I also find tutoring fun as I am able to make connections with students whilst seeing them improve and gain confidence. Overall, I believe my communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills and my knowledge of the subjects enable me to tutor students well and help them reach their goals.
