My name is Shreya Baruah. I'm currently studying in Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation at Swinburne University. I have successfully completed a Certificate 3 in Education Support and a Certificate 4 in Education Support. My plan after completing my Diploma Course would be to do a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education. I have worked as a teacher's assistant in placement opportunities at Roberts McCubbin Primary School, Balwyn North Primary School and Essex Heights Primary School. I have also done tutoring for two students in year 3. I tutored them in English, Reading, Writing and Maths. My hobbies include dancing, playing basketball, spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, watching Netflix and many more. I decided to begin tutoring as I love working with young children and teaching has always been a passion of mine. Tutoring is a great way for me to make a positive impact on a students' life. It's a great way for me to help somebody in need and for me to build students' confidence. I want to associate myself as one of those people. What would make me a good tutor is that I am organised, calm, patient, have a positive attitude, have empathy, a good sense of humour and will constantly support everyone.

We take pride in our reliability, independence, excellent communication and have respect for not only others but ourselves. For many, these are mantras but for us, they come naturally.
We Inspire
We're confident in our abilities, as we've 'been there and done that'. We acknowledge that students look up to us and as such respect the opportunity we have to make a positive and lasting impact on our student's lives.
We Empathise
Deep down we recognise that we're in the business of helping people. We recognise and respect the challenges that not only our students but their parents face.
